Bichon Frise Ringo has been with her a long time even during her marriage with Jude. In fact, she has recently acquired another dog of the same breed.
Bichon Frise belong to the family of dogs that require almost daily grooming. This breed is known maily for it's energy and cheerfullness. For example, they will run round and round chasing nothing and end up spent, but content in the middle of the room!
Luckily for apartment owners, the
Bichon Frise doesn't shed and this is useful for people with allergies too. However, their long hair gets tangled very easily and this can necessitate regular visits to dog groomers

Amanda Bynes has wowed teenage audiences for years. She is the fifth highest paid celebrity under 21, and has starred in movies like "She's the man" and "Hairsprays"
Here we see her with a
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Aptly named "
Charlie".
The King Charles Spaniel is often called "The Ultimate Lap Dog". It is one of the most affectionate breed of dogs and meshes very well with other breeds. It is noted for it's friendliness towards other dogs several times it's size. This can sometimes work to it's disadvantage as it doesn't always realize that all other dogs don't share the love so much!
They are extremely social and are therefore very demanding of constant care and affection.

It turns out that she's devotedly attached to her young friend Tina, a pitbull. She been photographed so many times with her, that it's no wonder her arms look really strong!
Pit Bulls suffer from an unjustified reputation for extreme aggression, and there are several myths regarding them. While it is true that they have historically been bred to be fighting dogs, and have the ability to ignore pain and try and complete their task regardless, they are just like any other dog, and are primarily a product of their environment.
It becomes a self perpetuating myth that they are aggressive, and media reports don't help either.

Paul McCartney of the Beatles included a dog whistle into one of his songs "A Day in the Life". The ultrasonic whistle could only be heard by dogs and was meant for his
Shetland Sheepdog.
At first glance, a Shetland Sheepdog resembles a Colie. However, they are much smaller, and this makes them great pets for those living in Apartments.
They are remarkably healthy, and make very loyal companions. Observations show that they are very good around children too. They are noted for their Intelligence. Ranking 6th out of 132 breeds according to
Stanley Coren, they are one of the most intelligent dogs around.

English Springer Spaniels are gun dogs, who are affectionate, intelligent, and alert. Unlike most spaniels, it has unusually long legs, making it one of the fastest spaniel breeds. Along with this, they have high energy levels, requiring a lot of entertainment and distractions to channel their stamina.

Jake Gyllenhaal who earned worldwide fame in his as Jack Twist in "Brokeback mountain" takes his German Shepherd Dog "Atticus" out for a walk.
German Shepherds are one of the most popular dogs in the world. With their fierce loyalty and intelligence, they are used as police dogs everywhere. The color of Atticus is the most commonly recognized color of GSD's, but they can be other colors. All Black and all white ones are the rarest.

Beth Ostrosky, who has been ranked in the

Bulldog for a walk.
She purchased "Bianca Romijn-Stamos" from a breeder in 2002. The Bulldog is noted for it's spirit and strength, and is frequently used to Symbolize Churchill for these very qualities. The breed has many wrinkles, especially over the face that must be cleaned regularly.
Over the years, the aggressive elements of Bulldogs have been reduced by selective breeding, and they are widely considered friendly pets who are good companions. Do you want to see some

Most of you will remember the
Beverly Hills, 90210 TV show that ran for 10 years from 1990 to 2000. A new spin off is in the works with
Jennie Garth and
Peter Facinelli (Husband and wife).
They have three kids, and probably in an attempt to keep them distracted, they also have two Maltese-mix dogs! Pinkie and Roxy are their names. The
Maltese is ideal for apartment living due to the fact that they never shed hair, and their small size!

It's a great victory for natural justice. When football superstar Michael Vick pleaded guilty to running a dog fighting operation, 50 pit bulls were condemned to die.
However, instead of going by the stereotype of pit bulls, judge Henry E. Hudson decided that each dog will be individually evaluated, to decide it's temperament. On evaluation, only one had to be put to sleep, as it was deemed irredeemably aggressive.
A real ray of hope for those believe in a second chance!
